ATLAS is zone and operations intelligence for insurers, adjusting firms and agencies: it puts every loss adjuster, surveyor and field agent on one map by zone, so coverage and performance run on data instead of gut feel.
Insurers, third-party adjusting firms and agencies send people out across a territory: loss adjusters and surveyors who inspect damaged property and vehicles, and field agents and brokers who visit customers to sell, renew and service policies. Each visit has a location, a time pressure and a skill requirement. Claims do not arrive evenly. A storm, flood or fire can drop a cluster of new claims into one area overnight, while other territories stay quiet.
ATLAS is the layer that shows the field workforce as it is being deployed. It connects read-only to the claims, policy and scheduling systems you already run, groups claim and visit locations into decisionable zones, and gives claims managers and sales leaders coverage, performance and planning intelligence on the same map. See the platform or how it works.
A territory can look fully covered and still hide the problem. New claims cluster by area, rise sharply after weather events, and shift with the day of the week and the hour. Prospect and renewal activity clusters differently again.
ATLAS groups your claim and visit locations into a small number of decisionable zones instead of hundreds of individual addresses, then shows what each zone is carrying: open claims awaiting inspection, scheduled customer visits, inspection hours needed and adjusters or agents present, by zone, day and hour.
A claims manager opens the map the morning after a storm and sees two zones holding most of the new claims awaiting inspection, while a third has adjusters finishing early with nothing queued.
Field staff are usually assigned by region or postcode patch. Each patch gets a similar allocation regardless of how many claims arise there or how long inspections really take, and the shortfall only appears as a growing inspection backlog or a complaint from a policyholder waiting for a visit.
ATLAS compares the adjuster time a zone needs against the adjuster time it actually has, and gives managers one live coverage read per zone instead of an allocation that looked right when it was set.
An adjuster is held on a large commercial loss and their home zone drops below the coverage it needs. The manager sees it and routes the most urgent inspections to a neighbouring adjuster with capacity, instead of finding out when the customer calls.
Field performance is usually judged on totals: inspections completed, visits made, policies sold. That quietly favours whoever was given a compact patch of straightforward claims and penalises whoever covers a spread-out rural area with long travel between visits.
ATLAS links who covered which zone, and when, to what came out of it: inspections completed, time from assignment to first visit, travel time between visits and, for agents, visits that led to a sale or renewal. Because it is zone-level, two people can be read against comparable ground.
Two adjusters complete the same number of inspections. ATLAS shows one works a dense urban cluster, while the other drives long distances between rural properties, so the manager reads their results accordingly.
Renewal drives, cross-sell campaigns and new-business push tend to be spread evenly across a territory, or aimed at wherever the last campaign happened to go.
ATLAS reads visit, outcome and agent availability data by zone, so you can see where visits turn into policies and renewals, where they do not, and where you are short of agent time, and aim the next campaign accordingly.
An agency plans a renewal drive. ATLAS shows two zones where visits consistently lead to renewals and a third where agents spend most of their day travelling for few conversions, so the team focuses effort on the first two and reviews the third.
Built on the ATLAS platform: live zone intelligence, coverage health, performance tracking by zone and a plain-English analyst, all on your own data.
Where your claims, inspections, customer visits and field staff actually sit, by zone, day and hour.
One live read on whether field time matches real demand, not a fixed territory allocation.
Link who covered which zone to inspections completed, time to first visit and travel time against plan.
Aim renewal and sales drives at the zones where visits convert, and review the ones where they do not.
